Preparing the master disc for your order:
Please take care when producing your disc master. Use top quality media and take care to protect it from scratches. We strongly recommend against the use of "drag-and-drop" file copy process to create your master disc, as some files may not be fully readable even if the file names show up in the directory listing. The use of Re-Writeable (CD-RW or DVD-RW) media should also be avoided for the same reason.
Use proper disc recording software to record your data in one single session, and then finalize your disc.
When we receive your master disc, it will be considered to be complete, and free from errors. Please test the functionality of your disc and check for any spelling errors. If your data disc is intended to operate on multiple operating systems, please be sure to test that your file and folder naming works the way you want it to. Some operating systems create additional hidden files that may become visible and confuse some users.
For the sake of convenience and time constraints, we accept files electronically (by email, FTP, or download internet link) and create a master disc for you. While we use best practices when creating your master disc to ensure it is created without errors, you still assume all reposibilities for any errors.
Do not send us the only copy of yor master disc, in the event that it gets lost or delayed in transit to us. We keep the master disc you send us for warranty purposes, and to make future re-orders quick and easy.
